Dr. Vaisman is the chief executive officer and a director of AVMD. Dr. Vaisman is a pioneer in the treatment of sexual dysfunction (impotence and premature ejaculation) in Australia.

Since 2001, he has served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AMI Australia, AVMD’s chief operating subsidiary. He is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of AMI Australia's business operations. Dr. Vaisman was also the Founder and Director of On Clinic International in Australia. The holder of a Bachelor of Medicine, a Master of Gynaecology and a PhD in Medical Science, he has more than 35 years of experience and expertise in the field of sexual health care and was recently granted an innovation patent relating to the treatment of premature ejaculation by the Australian patent office.
